Unless you were born yesterday, you should know that you DID shoot first, both in Iraq and Afghanistan. Neither country attacked the United States (or Canada) and neither asked to be invaded, occupied and turned to rubble. The Taliban would have to work pretty hard to top the destruction caused by the US and its allies in a few short years.

I agree with you on one point: “War is murder.”

I have never seen, nor heard of any US Special Forces do something like this. The US Military would find the people that did this, and put them to trial, if ANYthing like this happened. We are not the bad guys in Afghanistan; we have over 80% of the population supporting us, with the other 20% neutral. Almost all of the fighters that fight against us are not even from Afghanistan. I have been to Iraq and Afghanistan, it appalls me, how stupid people get recognition for putting out crap like this on the internet. This is not true at all people, and don’t believe this crap. I will admit we have made mistakes, but nothing to this magnitude. War is Murder, cold hard fact! But, we are not the one pulling the trigger first. If anything we are defending ourselves from the foreign fighters that infiltrate Afghanistan. The people of Afghanistan HATE the Taliban, they detest them. Not all Afghanis love Americans, but they respect us, and most of them help us out, to get the Taliban out of their villages, so they can have peace in Afghanistan. I can’t understand why people think, that the Taliban will simply put down their arms, and not try and kill us, if we leave Afghanistan, and let them take over. They will come to America, and just kill us there if they had the chance. Plus if we leave Iraq, or Afghanistan, we just sentenced them all to death. Look at all the death the Taliban has left behind. Anything we do, will NEVER compare to the death and destruction the Taliban has left behind in their wake.
